I just quit watching pornography. I did this for about a year and a half, but suddenly, I had the strength to quit. But I get these "urges" that compel me to go watch them. I am in need of desperate help !!

That sounds sort of familiar to me, although in my case it can be general web surfing. However, I have ADHD, so it's an unfortunate part of my biology.

It doesn't sound like you have any moral objections to your viewing urges. It simply seems like you recognise that overindulgence of any kind is a problem. Abstaining from it altogether is indeed one solution, but it of course has the side effect that you are experiencing.

One good idea that I can think of it to catalogue other activities that suck you in to the point where time is ignored. They will probably have a common solution. When that's done, speak with someone you trust and try to determine if they have any overindulging tendencies and what they do about it.

The only advice that I can think of is to learn time management. Using alarm clocks to alert you to change your activity might be helpful. However, it might be best to speak with a professional if none of the above works.

I wish you success in tackling this problem.

I don't see the problem with watching porn, but if you really don't want to, then get your mind off from watching it. Get out and keep yourself busy.
