all kinds of things. it depends on what your style is.
Preppy is what i am. I usually would wear a candy colored lacoste polo and a mini skirt (usually denim or white) pair it with some cute haviana flip flops. or i would wear jeans with uggs and a juicy jacket (for winter). Jewlery is where it becomes fun and you can go for all kinds of wild necklaces or keep it simple with a little david yurman pendant or something of the sort.
Trendy is a good style to go for also. i love having long tube tops with cropped jeans and then some cute and long necklace or some really nice chandelier earings. Oversized clothing can be cute also...but use sparingly.
now since its summer i love wearing dresses so anything cute and flirty would be good for the season as long as you have the right accesories which definately depends on the dress. so heres a scenario: if you have a cute strapless dress with lots of design. i would pair it with some simple yet elegant shoes with a thong front.
speaking of shoes ... ive noticed alot of girls wearing flip flops with backs just like these:

which i think are really cute!!
but what i think looks awful is that new tights look that abercrombie has started...its trashy and it didn't look good in the 80's...why would it look good now?? i think the beachy look is perfect and is much classier.

Preppy: flip flops and etnies
Goth: Whatever you can afford that is most likely to be black really.
Punk/Skater: Converses, Vans, Etnies, any type of skate shoes really.
Boots are soooo out. Today most people wear them over thier jeans, or they get ankle boots and cover them up with thier jeans. Everything else as far as classy shoes and stuff, you wear on special occasions or to work depending on your job. It's a really complicated question to ask. To make it short, whatever dosent make you look stupid, and you like.

abercrombie tights with a cute denim skirt. wear cutesy flip flops or soemthing. slip on shoes don't look right. straight hair, minimal makeup is the best.

for fall...flats, stacked heels, knee boots, and booties (like the boots that hit at your ankle!) wear w/ skinny jeans and a looser top
