Israel has the right to defend itself against a bunch of fanatics. There are 100 Muslims versus each Jew. Who´s the cowards?
The Lebanese people was a candidate for peace with Israel but lose that opportunity when they decided to support the Hezbollah. If they occupied south Lebanon with their army, this war wouldn't have happened. So they have a lot of guilt.

A war whatever maybe its cause can never be justified. Evil begets evil. The Hisbollah had been carrying on a very evident state-sponsored terrorism with the result that today the wheel has turned a full circle- Israel has launched an offensive with all the ferocity of a much persecuted, often misunderstood race.....History has shown us time and again the absolute insanity of war-mongering, yet even while we call ourselves civilised and peace-loving we pretend to shrug away the war as yet another ulcer on the West-Asian front. What is happening to Lebanon today could happen to us tomorrow. Let us not forget that in a war there are no winners......and it is no exception in the case of Israel. Let us learn from our past mistakes by not committing fresh ones.

I see a country Israel. That's had enough. They've seen years and Years of Innocent blood shed with all the suicide bombers. I see lebanon a parcel of land that can hardly be called a country. Where a group of civilians live surrounded by Hezbollah. Hezbollah doesn't hesitate to use civilians as Human shields. It seems to be a terriost trademark.
As we see this unfold on TV the focus at the begining was leaning Israels way. Now the News media is filling our screens with images of innocent people dieing daily and the world seems to be forgetting all those innocent killed in Israel. To make this short. It appears to me that the only ones suffering in this WAR are the ones that have NO control over it The Innocent on both sides.

I feel Israel is wrong and are doing what they would hate to be done to them. Bad enough that that country exists and causes wars everyday but to bomb an innocent country everyday that is wrong. What have the Lebonese people done nothing. Now they will not be able to run a stable economy who will want to visit now? The lebonese economy survives on the tourism. I find it hard to feel good towards Israel I hope all the countries in the middle East pay them back. Even if the US is a Israel supporter.

I think Hezballoh should have left Israel alone. I blame all the innocent people dieing on two party's and they are hezballoh for being the terriost organization they are and I blame there government for never even trying to stop them and letting them occupy lebanon.I back Israel 100%.....If that was done to America it would be lights out for Iran,Syria, and lebanon. They all would be bombed and there country's would be destroyed.I just hope Its not another world war 3.

Brutal barbaric bloody and unnecessary. What's wrong is a lack of cooperation in hunting down felons. Every time a crime is commited against an israeli out come the tanks and army. The innocent pay a high price for these crimes. Israel and neighbors must try harder to combat crime against civilians. Yes I know there were soldiers killed, the same result if civilians were killed by a bomber.

I see an impending war coming between radical Islam and the west because so many people fail to read their history. Just before WW2 the rest of the world tried to appease Hitler giving him what he wants to avoid conflict and bloodshed but we all know it led to more bloodshed. I see a parallel today the west is trying to appease Islam but it is not going to work the only way you get peace is by totally defeating tyranny that's what history teaches, but every generation needs to be taught this, least we forget and repeat(you know the rest)

I am against Israel this time. Before with Palestine I was neutral about it. I thought they were both wrong but this time Israel has crossed the line. It's wrong how they are bombing bomb after bomb and killing 1,000's of innocent civilians which include children and old people.

I will think whatever the popular news media tells me to think. I am not able to discern for myself. I do not need 2 sides of the story to make a stand against Israel.I am a sheep who blindly follows my liberal leaders because they appeal only to my emotions. Even that which is logical does not stand up to my mindless drivel. I stand against any form of free or conservative thought or speech (unless it's mine only), therefore I must do whatever possible to errode the US constitution and any of it's allies. Israel has no right to protect itself. It has no right to stand against thousands of bus and car bombs, or the mutilation or murder of it's own, on it's own land. We must ignore the attrocities that the muslim and Arab world has wrought on Israel for the past 3 DECADES. The only thing that they are allowed is a quick and painful death. That is what our masters tell us in the liberal press...no right to defend....no right to defend...

Sad that Hezbollah was allowed to build a large arsenal of missles in a sovereign country. Lebanon needs help freeing it of these terrorists!
