I hope he beats Smiths Rushing yard record. He is going to start this year, but the Jets are looking to draft a young runningback next year though...

I hope he gets to play a little bit, he's had a great career and deserves some playtime still...It's already a bummer to see Marshall Faulk not being able to play this season....

I don't think so. He was placed on the Physically Unable to Perform List (PUP) a few days ago, and the future doesnt look bright for them.

Not anytime soon. Was put on the PUP list with his knee still bothering him. We might be hearing of his retirement sometime before the season starts.
