Probably because most people can't live without the idiot box lol. If it was up to me I wouldn't have one either. My husband and kids watch it. Me rarely. When I'm home alone it stays off. I like music instead. If you don't watch tv it doesn't make you an alien just smarter than the average bear. Don't let anyone else dictate how you want to live your life. Be yourself an individual and be proud of who you are. Tell them you are an alien from the planet " Have better things to do " lol.
