Insecure is the opposite of Secure..U feel secure only whn u trust.
So trust can make ur insecurity less.

I think everyone is insecure from time to time. I try to remind myself of that. Sometimes people who seem secure and together, really are not. Thinking about those things helps me be less intimated by others and I realized they may be in the same boat as me.

That's a toughie. I'd say a good start would be to examine what those insecurities are, and what triggers them. From there you can improvise some affirmations. Such as "I am a good person." "I am loved." It sounds cheesy, but by telling yourself these things often enough, you can begin to believe them.

that is a good question...but i am insecure myself and i think i let things bother me at times when i do not even have a reason too.. but it is hard to be secure with it being so hard to make a living in this world for one.. i live alone and that is hard to because you have no one to really depend on..i am not the smartest person in the world either so that does not help.. but i think trying to get ahead on maybe your rent and your bills might help.. i need to do that myself..but that is hard to do.. so if you get any good ideas maybe you can pass them on to me..

Simply by believing in themselves more. Having a greater self confidence. By telling yourself that you are truly a really good person.
