Since it looks like this question is in Phoenix, then I can understand why going to the beach or going outside at all is kind of hard. If you have transportation, there are free programs at all of the malls. For example; once a week at Superstition Springs Mall, there is the "Bear Guy" who sings and reads stories to kids. My three year old son and neice have gone there every week with my Mother-in-law since they were one and love it. There are also museums downtown like the science museum and if all else fails, Harkins and AMC run both discounted and FREE summer movie programs each week where they show second run kids movies. I know it's tough trying to find stuff to do when it's 116 degrees out, but there is plenty to do if you know where to look. (Try the Life section in the Republic or Tribune.)

Well, i'm not exactly sure where your at but i know my neice loves to play in the sprinkler. If it's a hot day i'm sure they will enjoy that or maybe a water park if there is one and if you can afford it. Otherwise you could play some board games, or watch cartoons. It all depends on how old they are and what they are into. If there old enough ask them. Otherwise if they are really young just make funny noises and try to get them to laugh. My little cousins love hot wheels cars if you have any.

When I babysit I like to take the kids in their backyard & go on a "nature walk". I ask them to find something pretty or interesting from nature like a leaf or a flower or something. Then we go inside & draw it, or glue it on a piece of paper & then decorate the paper. It's cute because they are so used to their backyard they don't take time to notice their own little nature center at their fingertips! Don't forget to point out the things you notice like a butterfly spreading pollen among the flowers, or a caterpillar, or a ladybug (tell them ladybugs eat the "bad bugs" that kill the flowers.) learning & fun at the same time!

#1: Get off the computer.
#2: Ask them what they want to do. Play games, watch a movie, play Duck Duck Goose, make a snack, whatever.

How old are they and how many? Are they yours, or do you do daycare?
If I were you, I wouldn't be on the computer but would be interacting with the kids.
All depends on their age. Can't be more specific w/out more details!! Just get off the darn computer!!

Bring them to the beach! They can play in the water or the sand.
