uhm, lot of factors. body fat % is a big deal. I mean I weigh 220, but have like 20-22% body fat, a guy that works out and conditioned well could also weigh 220, but be say 10% body fat, and he would look HUGE in comparison. Also another factor in your hypothesis, would be determination. Who WANTS to win more. Heart can go a long way in a fight. I would say on average, that a male would outperform a female in a fight. if EVERYthing was equal, a man has a slight advantage as we naturally have better upper body, where as women usually have stronger legs.

Well its' still the boys because the girl is so weak even they are big but if u say they all are the same Then the girls would win because they never gave up like a some boys hehe..!

That depends on which one has more experience fighting. I would say if they had equal experience then the boy would win. But maybe since girls are more intelligent (:p) she would use brains over brawn and she would win.

Depends how old they are. The older they are the more the boy will tend to win. The younger they are, the more the girl will tend to win.

Depends on who knows how to use what was given to them. Size means nothing if you don't know how to swing a punch or fight your not going to get very far.
