Kate Bosworth as Lois Lane in Superman Returns. I would totally cast someone who fit more in with the personality, like me.

going off that last guy, i think Ryan Reynolds should be the new Fletch.
and my vote is for Pacino in Any Given Sunday - great actor, just not believable as a pro football coach. there are a lot of actors that can play good coaches, but this one in particular would have been better with Gene Hackman

Johnny Knoxville and Sean Williams Scott who played Bo & Luke in the New Dukes of Hazzard Movie.

Julia Roberts playing Catherine Zeta-Jones' sister in American Sweethearts. They look nothing like each other. If they wanted to keep Julia Roberts, replace Catherine Zeta Jones with Kelly Ripa or Faith Ford. Want to keep Catherine Zeta Jones, replace Julia Roberts with Rachel Weisz or Michelle Rodreigez

Tom Hanks in The DaVinci Code-when you read book (try as you might) you really can't picture Tom Hanks in this role. Another one that's coming up is Zach Braff (the guy from Scrubs) will be playing the new Fletch-that's just not his stlye of comedy.

John Wayne as Davy Crockett in The Alamo.
The newer version is more historically correct as is Billy Bob as Davy.

George Clooney as Batman - totally unbelievable. Christian Bale was a much better replacement for Michael Keaton.
