Is there any DNA or anything else that could be used to identify who's urine it is?

Yes, the urine in men does contain sperms both dead and living. The urine in humans as such, also contains DNA material from other dead cells, which may be epithelial, or White Blood cells or any other type of cells.

Sperm is often found in urine samples in medical labs, but not usually in male's urine. If a woman has had sex with someone without using a condom, small amounts of sperm will be in her urine for a couple days. Of course, those sperm won't carry her DNA. Men's urine is usually void of sperm because they are more easily flushed after sexual activity.
There are other cells in urine (usually epithelial cells) that one could theoretically recover DNA from, but it would be necessary to concentrate a relatively large volume of urine (100 mL, I guess) in order to get enough sample. The sample would also be degraded by contaminating bacteria and fungi if the sample is not sterile.

No, there is no sperm in urine. Yes, there is DNA in it-there is DNA in all the cells of your body.

Yes, there can be sperm in urine.
Especially if you are sexually active. Whether with someone else or flying solo. Sperm can get stuck in your penis and then get flushed out by the urine.

And besides sperm there can be other kind of cells in it where you can find DNA.
