Is he really gay or were you just trying to spare her feelings from being hurt by someone who would never return the affections?
If he really is gay, and if you have proof, the best thing you can do as her friend is to prove it to her. If she still refuses to believe that he's gay, let her keep believing that she has a chance with him. Maybe he will have to tell her the truth.

The key of giving advice is to give it, and walk away, not taking it to heart whether it is followed or not.
If she doesnt want to belieev you, then there's nothing you can do. When she realizes it on her own, don't say I told you so, just help her with it.

You shouldn't drag yourself into the problem. For one, when it comes to boys, girls won't make the final move based on their friends' advice. Two, she'll believe it when she figures it out on her own.
You've already told her once. Don't you have anything better to do than medling into problems?
