BE wil be better. You have to spend one year extra for BE, but a BE MBA has better job opportunities than a BCom MBA. In addition to that, IITs (Indian institute of technology) have special MBA courses for engineers. And that is rated as highly as IIMs (Indian institute of management)
For BCom, BMCC is the best in pune

if you want a finance mba, why not study something like accounting or sales. you'll more than likely end up in an analyst position, served well with accounting knowledge, or you'll end up in a sales position. not sure if the bcom or be will serve you well if you're preparing for a finance mba... or a job after all the education.

It doesn't matter. MBA programs want a diverse group of people and admit people with any undergraduate degree.
If you are interested in doing finance, make sure that you have a decent background in mathematics, statistics and economics.
