First you have to click on the History button on the tool bar at the top which looks like a sundial. A box will appear on the left of the screen. If you click on the week or day, it will open up any sites visited. You can either highlight the week, the day, or individual sights or files by clicking on them and then right click on the items you want to delete and choose delete from the options.
