I used to think I look in a differenet direction quickly enough when the girl looked at me, but now as I think back, I'm not so sure... How often do catch guys red handed? Is it very uncomfortable?

We always notice when men stare at us. Just like men notice being stared at. Staring in itself is a very obvious thing. Quick glances, we usualy take in stride. You're only human, it's nature to notice the opposite sex (or same depending on the person's preference). Being a full busted woman, it ticks me off when the man is looking nowhere else. If he doesn't get a subtle hint about his lack of eye contact, I get mad and very, very rude to him.
If you want to notice without upsetting the girl, glance once, then make the effort to talk to her face.

Luckily my chest is not that "well-endowed", so I rarely have that problem. I think girls notice a lot more often than you think. It's not just catching you do it, but sensing it too. And it's very uncomfortable for most girls. It makes them feel like you're more interested in their boobs than what they have to say, or who they are as people, which is rather unfortunate. Girls never constantly stare at men's crotches, so why can't guys respect us the same way?

All the time. We can tell when you're staring. It's very uncomfortable for us. While some girls think it is a compliment, it is really objectifying women for their bodies. Not only is that rude but it's degrading. I, for one, don't like being stared at like I'm something at a zoo. It also makes conversations less enjoyable because you can tell when a guy is talking to you to stare at your chest. It sometimes seems like people don't care what you think simply because you have a different shape.

I catch them all the time. It's pretty obvious what they were doing. Yes it does make me feel uncomfortable. What if I just stared at your package?

We are not dumb. The chest and the face are pretty far apart. So it is not to difficult to notice you are staring at the ladies.
