Not at all, most women only have orgasims with clitoral stimulation. It can also be your age, most women can't orgasim until they are past puberty.
Try manual stimulation while having sex with him (if you've masterbated before this will come naturally, if you haven't masterbated yet I highly recommend that you start). Also, try different positions. But most importantly, make sure you're both comfortable and talk about it.
