You will not be able to buy an ebay account through ebay, thats for sure.
If you are trying to do an HONEST business, then you can ask someone to sell something for you, but you will have to give them your items for sale.
The king of Answerers:
It is easier to rip people off using an account with good feedback than from starting from scratch. What kind of profit do you think people are making by buying a $750 account and then using it for their sales? You think it is easier to rip people off for huge amount of money with a new account? I dont think so. Ebay sellers gets their high profit because people rely on their good feedback standing as their reputation. People trust them more, therefore, it is more likely someone would want to "buy" that type of account for a one time BIG gig. Read the news about how people bought ebay accounts to sell $10,000 TVs, but sent those buyers a cardboard box instead.
It is illegal ON ebay to sell your ebay account ON ebay. You might be able to get it from a private vendor, but you will end up paying a huge amount just to get a good standing account. I would just start from scratch and build it up so that you save yourself $500+ bucks.

Would seem like only someone who was going to try and rip off a bunch of innocent buyers would ask such a thing. I am sure there is a blackmarket for such accounts, but then you would risk getting ripped of yourself.

Yes, lots of people will see you their accounts, and you just change the name, username, Account info etc. I sold mine with 300 positive feedbacks for $750 US. For a really high feedback expect to pay big bucks. And contrary to what these clueless people think, noone is trying to rip anyone off, the reason people "buy" accounts is so they can get more money for your item, the more positive feedbacks the more profit you can make. If you wanted to rip someone off you could just do it with a new account.

I would hope not. Do you realize how many scam artists would do that to trick people like myself into buying bad items.
Or maybe you do realize that and that is why you would want to do it!
If your reasons for asking are because you have something you want to buy but it is only selling to a user with a certain amount of postives then borrow a friends. Or buy a bunch of small things and build up your positive ratings.

Unless you buy a business that own an e-bay account, sorry you are out of luck.
Just do the same as everyone else. Start fresh, and just be honest and you will get your points.

you may clarify the region to the client and ask him to withdraw his comments, yet he would possibly no longer do this. you additionally can touch eBay and ask them to eliminate the comments, yet they not often ever do this until it is composed of curse words or has threatening language in it. regrettably, you may nicely be caught with the damaging comments. there are techniques which you would be able to advance your score nonetheless. some sellers record products for as low-priced as $0.01 with loose transport. in case you win a number of those penny auctions, you may advance your score and earn extra constructive comments. to illustrate, in case you have 25 recent positives, then that one damaging can't look so undesirable now.
