try to look at all the stores to see if the have any major sales going on. u should shop in the middle of the summer, way before school starts because thats where most big sales are. good prices are at.....
- rue 21_ there were 20$ good jeans and 6$ shirts.
- aeropostale_ when i went there were shirts for 3-6$!!!
- koles* _ there are cheap pants there, i dont really like them but u might.
- holister and abercombie are expensive so stay away from there if u want to save money.
- if u can, try makeing your own clothes, thats what i do.

If you are on a budget then Ross has great discounted clothes. The secret to wearing clothes that you bought on a budget is to punch it up with some unique accessories. If you are really wanting to get some brandname stuff, you could try JC Pennys. I have found that they have good deals on clothes (especially the bargian racks). Good Luck!

i dont think brand should matter. i think i have the best clothe cause i buy them anywhere not just mostly in one store. like i buy them in these stores:

T.J max
gordmans
jc penny
route 21
aeropostal
american eagle
etc......... anywhere really
