Why USA, Israel, China, India, and many other countries can have Nuclear Weapons, but Iran can't have them??

That is because Iran has an unstable government and lacks the morality to keep from using those weapons or giving them to terrorist for use. India obtained them in secret and supposedly Pakistan also has them. While the major nations like China, Russia and France have pledged to use them only in defense other countries have not done so.

The president of Iran had given a speech ,not long ago ,that Israel should be annihilated off the face of the earth,children included.Now can you name me any other nations leader that has said this same thing publicly?He is a nut case ,back by a militant regime.I guarantee if you could honestly poll the people of Iran they would say NO.Can you now smell the roses?

Because those countries developed their weapons either before signing the nuclear non-proliferation treaty, developed them withing the guidelines of treaty (if they had an active program before signing), or have never signed on to it. Iran, before any development, signed onto the treaty and is bound by it not to develop nuclear weapons.

Further, Iran has openly threatened to use them as a first strike against other countries. All other countries have a deterrent policy; a 'no first use' policy; or a weapon of last resort policy.

Pakistan and India were smart about their nuclear weapons. All they did was test them and that got them accepted into the "Club". Iran should do the same and i promise you, no one will touch them. Thats how this nuclear thing works.

most replies here point that the majority think iran said they would use them, and even if you prove otherwise, people are conditionned from birth to see arabs and the middle east as blood thirsty evil sick perverted rapist twisted scary monsters.
look at the cultural folklore about the arab world in the western media and culture, you wont see often a flattering depiction of the east.
it took the world almost a century to accept, or tolerate black people, even though most whites would rather have whites for neighnours, so wait until 2100 for the opinion on arabs to change.

Iran has all but announced it's intentions, in the event it acquire's nukes. Iran is a country that can and will upset the apple cart, when it comes to nuclear stability.
