Having both would be nice. No, they don't have to be oversized, just proportional with the size/height/weight of the gal.
Throw in a good personality, sincerity, passion, intelligence, sense of humor & whammo! An all-around great girl! :-)

Personally, I would rather have a girl with a big butt and smaller boobs, but that's just me!!!

Actually, guys are different. There is some guys that like boobs, some like butt, and some loves legs... and some loves EVERYTHING!!!

most guys like girls that have any boobs or butt! but really, it just depends on the person..some guys like boobs more, some like butts more...just flaunt whatever you were blessed with and guys will like you:)

I prefer women with both. Although at times this is not possible. However I would prefer a woman with an awesome butt & a flat chest. A woman with huge breasts & no posterior is rather uninviting.
Summing up, I like women with both the assets. But would prefer women with an awesome posterior!
