If you are kind'a flat and your nipples hurt every once in a while, it means you're growing and so are your breasts. Unless you are passed twenty and stop growing, you have years to grow and so do your breasts or what there is of them at the moment. I'm assuming that you're starting your teen years or there about. That's normal for your age and level of growth.

It means you're probably a teen and still going through puberty. Or else you're about to start your period. Or maybe you're wearing an ill fitting bra that is irritating them.
It could be a number of things, most or all of which are really not an issue.

Girls's nipples hurt sometimes depending on where you are in your period cycle, it's pretty normal.

Depends on your age.you may need to go to the doctor to have a mommogram,could you give more details?Sometimes they get sensitive around your cycle also.

do they hurt right before your period? because mine hurt like hell well not my nipples but my boobs any way i don't know talk to your doctor if you are worried about it

That means that you are starting to grow breast i went threw it and i told my mom and she said that i was just growing.

If it is not pregnancy, then it can be hormonal (PMS), rough sex. going with no bra (can cause chaffing), etc. You didn't mention your age, but when I started "developing" it really freaked me out.

well if you didnt have your period yet....you might be getting it ....are your nipples tender? you may be pregnant
