I don't know about it permanently affecting your sex drive, but holding your wee will distract you from sexual feelings because you are paying attention to holding your wee. Also, holding your wee can sometimes cause urinary or bladder infections or problems.

Do you mean "pee"? And if you do, it won't necessarily affect your sex drive, but it'll affect your bladder. It will expand more than it normally should, and it'll get all screwed up.

no it does not, the tube a almost a completly different, so dont you worry, but its not safe to hold it in for too long
