He was one of the coashes picks to be on the all-star team last year, not a fan pick. Last year, the coaches picks for the Eastern Conf. reserves was for the Pistons starting lineup minus Tayshaun Prince.
I don't think it was anything against either CWebb (though he isn't close to being the player he was before the surgery, and really isn't all-star caliber anymore, he has good numbers because no one on his team other than Allen Iverson, has shown they can score, on a more balanced team, CWebb wouldn't be putting up those kind of numbers) or Howard. It was more to do with the all the hype the Pistons had from having the best record in the league and how well they played together as a team that influenced the decision.

like da other people say hes on a way better team than the other 2 and c-webb iz injured somrtimes. dwight howard iz the best player between the other 2 but if rasheed stil hav the same numbers this upcoming season he wont be in the all-star game cuz pistons r gonna be bad dis seaon if dey dont find a good center

because cwebb gets injured too much and plays on a mediocre team. i'm not sure about dwight howard but he was probably bumped for ben wallace because wallace is a better all around defender. rasheed is a more complete player than all of them. he doesn't have big stats but he can rebound, hit 3's, post up, pass, and he's very good from the line.

Wallace is just on a better team. I think Howard is the best of all three. Also, Wallace has a big mouth.

Probably because he was on a better team. I honestly think Dwight Howard is the best of all three.

Because fans vote. The team is also a whole lot better, thats why. 6 rebounds is not good for a PF

Big yes to the other answers, it's as simple as Rasheed's team keeps winning while he is doing his stuff. Try to imagine, "do you think the great MJ would be great if they don't win a championship???"

Because he's a loud mouth that gets his ugly face in the media so people vote for him.
