I'm confused about best answer, so vote please!

Between September 2000 and September 2002, 603 Israelis were killed, compared to 1596 Palestinians. Best estimates put the ratio at 1 Israeli for every 3 Palestinians.

I could only find figures for Jan.-August 2002:
Since January, 198 people have been killed in suicide attacks in Israel, more than twice the 84 deaths recorded in suicide bombings during all of 2001.
I typed:

into the Yahoo search engine.
Not surprisingly, there were 864,000 results. Most disturbing are the articles about children now being trained to carry out what Palestine considers to be an "honor."

According to the Taipei Times, 397 Israelis were killed by suicide bombers between 2000-2003.
According to my reading of an Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs site, about 98 people have been killed by suicide bombings since 2004.
The site lists suicide bombings from 1994 to this April. I only included incidents from 2004 to now, and excluded the wounded, military or police deaths, or deaths that were specifically not Israelis (i.e. foreign occupants of a Sinai hotel).

Over a million Arab were killed by Israel since 1948.Another Million injured and more than 2 millions have become refugees.Properties worth Billions of Dollars were destroyed .

Excellent point. All I know is that they have had the most innocent people killed due to terrorism. Americans rank second due to this disgusting way to wage war of killing innocent woman and children. Israel is trying to rid Lebonon of Hezzboah threats. unfortunately due to terror tactics it seems that the Leboneze may attain the second place ranking of innocent woman and children being killed as human sheilds.

I have heard over 20,000...but I am not sure how accurate that is....but I would assume that is probably pretty close, even if wrong
