Get yourself to a doctor ASAP. It could be nothing, but also could be serious, even fatal. Don't mess around with your health waiting for Yahoo answerers to diagnose you. You have the symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy, which could lead to a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. Again, it could be nothing at all, but it could be very, very serious.

Sounds like it but to be real sure you should go get a test done by a doctor or a clinic that may do free pregnancy tests. The blood test the doctors use are more effective than home tests. I have three kids and took so many home test and different types that they did not always say I was pregnant when in fact I was. Its based on your hormone level and you may not have enough for the home test to pick up on. And bleeding is normal for some woman, some have a period the whole time they are pregnant. Its been two weeks, I would try to get in to see a doctor to make sure though.

Well, when in doubt contact your GP (family doctor). A number of things can change your cycle such as eating habits and stress.
Earlier on this year I was nervous about the same thing because my period has always been regular right to the day, but it actually skipped a WHOLE month (aside from a little bit of spotting). During that time, a very close family member had been given news that she had a rare, terminal cancer, and was not expected to live longer than 3 months. My family wound up rotating 'shifts' to stay with her and take care of her as daily life became difficult for her. It was an extremely stressful time for my family.
If you've changed your eating habits recently (especially if you've gone on a diet) it could definately change your cycle. Also medications can change it as well.
There are so many things to consider, but if you're really worried see your family doctor. Good luck!

I am in the same boat right now, late period, stress, symptoms. However, I am 100% I am not pregnant, and that stressing out all the time will actually make you feel the symptoms you are worried about. Anxiety is a killer, but I'd just make an appointment to go see a doctor. I know mine is caused by exercising a whole lot and stress from my job/family. Don't fret, esp. if you had a negative pregnancy test.

First of all, relax...I know it sounds stuid to say that, but, if you freak you'll only make the stress worse and you will only make the symptoms worse. Sometimes the end of the cycle can look that way, but the only way to know anything for sure is to go to your doctor or whatever medical care you have available to you. A woman's reproductive organs are very complex and it could be anything from nothing to life threatening. Be proactive about your health and see a doctor. If you are too young, talk to your mom or an aunt or something....even your preacher can help you. I hope I have helped you and good luck to you.

Since you were late, you might be imagining the symptoms of pregnancy. Take another test to ease your mind. Or, go see a doctor and take a blood test, they are more accurate.

Could all just be stress. And the more you worry about it, the more stress, the later you get. A vicious cycle.
