I have been having a sharp pain in the left temple area of my head for about 12 hours now. it is not a consintant pain, just an occasional sharp pain that last for a few mins and then is gone. what is it and should i be worried?

A sudden sharp headache that localized like that should be looked at. Probably nothing, but to be on the safe side...

Hey, it's probably a migraine associated with sinus problems or congestion. I had stabbing pains for about 3 days and finally called a doctor, had to wait two weeks. It's been over 3 weeks now and I still have dull pain. I'm almost 60 so they took 5 vials of blood to run all kinds of tests. I think mine may have come from spider bites (even though I don't see bites) and the venom's been in my system for a while but is easing off now.

It sounds like stress to me. Or you're PMSing. Drink a couple glasses of water and take and asprin.

its a migrain...or you might just be PMSing but i am pretty sure you have a reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally bad migrain..

i personally think you should go and see your Doctor,but that's up to you.they will probably say your making it up don't buy it.
