Who believes it, and why? Also, who believes that WWIII will be declared in 2007 and the end of the world is in 2012? (part of his code)

Nostradamus had unusual abilities, but it's hard to determine how much was dumb luck and how much was authentic predictions. But then, there are other factors to consider: the Mayans predicted that the world would end on May 5, 2012, and didn't project their calendar any further into the future.
Some people believe Jean Dixon predicted Kennedy's assassination.
Some interpret the Book of Revelations in the King James version of the Bible to project the end of the world.
Some think events in Israel since 1947 are all a part of Biblical prophecy.
As for World War III being declared in 2007, I think that's a real possibility, given the Bush administration's appetite for killing and ruination. Unless Cheney suddenly has a change of attitude and decides war isn't worth all that OIL, we will almost certainly be involved with wars in Iraq and Iran by this time next year.

So, I'll make some PREDICTIONS now:

PREDICTION: There will be NO TROOP WITHDRAWALS from Iraq until Cheney has a rock-solid, iron clad arrangement in place to take all of Iraq's OIL for his buddies at Exxon-Mobil (with the full cooperation of the new Iraqi government which he helped install).

PREDICTION: We will try to settle our differences with North Korea diplomatically. Why? Because they have no OIL, and it's not worth sending troops over there to die if we can't get any OIL out of it.

PREDICTION: As soon as Bush can figure out a plausible excuse for illegally invading Iran (as he did Iraq), we will go to war with that country. Why? Because Iran has lots of OIL swimming underneath all that sand!

PREDICTION: If it looks like the Republicans won't win the 2008 election, the Bush administration will fabricate another 'terrorist' attack on U.S. soil so Bush can declare martial law, claiming that a change in administrations would not be in the best interests of our national security.

Wars only beget wars. Greed, lust and jealousy are all human weaknesses that cause our leaders to do incredibly stupid things, all in the name of "freedom" and "justice".
We've had the "Korean Threat", the "Cold War', the "Cuban Missile Crisis", the "Vietnam Conflict", "Desert Storm", and the "Iraqi Insurgency" - and the only people who have benefited from all those insipid wars are the people who sell military hardware and manufacturer armaments for the Pentagon.

Anyone with half a brain can make a prediction that will come true if given enough time, and vagueness. Here's one from me.
In2033 a giant meteorite, comet or other celestial body will smash into the Earth.
Do you see how I can't be wrong?I could just as easily have said this would happen today or tomorrow, but the truth is that it happens everyday.Except the comet part that would be truly devastating and would be the one thing that the human condition would focus on.People want to believe that the Earth is going to be doomed at some point, mainly because they are afraid to die alone.
The Earth will be doomed one day,but that probably won't happen until the sun gets too big,or the andromeda galaxy slams into our own.If this is the case then you got about 3,000,000,000 yrs.So relax, put your feet up and enjoy your life until you die.

Nostradamus also predicted that the world would rotate so that the poles would be at the equator on May 5th 2000!

He said the only safe place to be woul dbe in the "valley of the Ohios" - or the Ohio valley.

He also said WWIII would begin in 2001.

I do not, if you look, norstadomus' original code was full of events that were going to happen with absolutely NO set dates. He may have said, within so many years of this event, this will occur, or even so many star years/light years. It is like watching a movie, Everyone comes back with different opinions. but if you watch a movie over again several times, you yourself will come back with different opinions. This is the same with his code, its all an interpretation by MANY people. Present people set dates to these events, and now people are fretting over nothing!

i don't really know much about him, but i loved watching the show about his prediction "first wave". that's a great show. but to tell you, there won't be an end of the world until the destruction of the Devil; which is far from now. Christ hasn't come back yet, and the judgement hasn't happen yet, so people need to focus on the present and think about bringing God to their life, because anyone who is not born again shall not live eternilly with God in the end of time, but shall remain dead for eternity.

No, I don't.
I saw this program on the History Channel over the weekend if that is what you're referring to. It said he based his predictions on calendars that were not accurate.
He's about the same thing and as reliable as Sylvia Brown.
Besides that, the Bible says that no one will know the time or when the end as we know it, will come. Not even "soothsayers."

do yourself a favor. go to the library and get the Noastradamus movie that came out in 1978. Narrated by Orson Welles. They go over all the past things he predicted, all accurate because hindsight has 20/20 vision.
Then they talk about the future events. NONE of it happened or even makes sense.

It's crap...crap I tell you....

CRAP......

now go back to sleep.

no. if they were predictions, why then are they found out AFTER the event takes place? same thing as the bible. it cannot predict what will happenin the future but if you look real hard you can notice some corelations in the verses and what took place. it's all about finding info on where you expect to find it.
