Facts are simply those things which happen to occur to be true most consistently when all the preceding and prerequisite factors are sufficient.

Facts change from time to time as the causes, ingredients, factors and elements composing them evolve over time.

Opinions are not facts. Assumptions are not facts.

Actions should be taken based upon facts, not opinions or assumptions.
