how can i get the butterflies from my stomach so im not scared and nervous....

Deep breaths. Generally the nervousness builds up prior to the game, but once the game is underway, the feeling subsides. Be confident. Look confident. Tell yourself you are better than the opposition.

I have anxiety I got it a few months ago. I finally saw a psychologist. I could feel an anxiety attack creeping up this morning so I tried to block it and think of something else - that didn't work so I let the thoughts go through my head, I "processed" the thought decided that it wasn't worth thinking about (I worry something bad is going to happen) and did the pros and cons to why it could never happen. The psychologist told me to write a pros and con list down when I sense an attack so instead of writing them down I pictured the list in my head and I got over it. I was impressed it was the first time I tried that technique. You should maybe try that or even see a psychologist they can help.

I just practice qand make sure I'm as perpared as possible before the game/event. Right before the game theres nothing left you can do except warm up and go over everything in your head.

stretching to allow oxygen into more regions of the body works in conjunction with rhythmic breathing.

also make sure to eat a little energy food maybe an hour prior.

same prob here before a football game.
i just try to take deep breaths.
sometimes i listen to my ipod before da game

sit down and visualize yourself in the capacity you need to be. ( making a touch down, being happy and in control etc etc )
