Toothbrush. What happens when you've got no teeth left? I suppose without toothpaste it would still remove some filth...

Toilet paper! This is not a girl type question, what would we do without toilet paper?!!! I try to always keep a good supply in the cabinet, and when it begins to run low, I go out and get more! I also enjoy tissues and paper towels. How many of you could or would want to do without toilet paper!?
Second on my list would be deodorant, I live in AZ, and I think it should be mandatory! Along with regular baths and at least an attempt at hygiene! You don't have to be in fashion, but soap and water and deodorant are not real expensive items!
Some people need to know it if they stink! They have either become so used to smelling themselves, or they do not care. Just ewwww!

I think if absolutely necessary, I could live WITHOUT toilet paper (like if we're talking being stranded on a desert island or something, I could use leaves) but I don't think I'd be able to do without SOAP, as, I don't know how to make my own.

I could come up with all sorts of alternatives that would suffice for both toilet paper and tampons, if I had to.
Anti-aging cream, on the other hand....
well...gotta have....gotta maintain my personal delusions as long as possible...

Soap and fresh water. Pretty much everything is unnecessary. Unpleasant to live without, but unnecessary.

Toilet paper yes, very important. Just as important is deoderant. Some people just don't know how to use it.

I would say water. You can replace a toothbrush, TP even soap. But you can not replace water with anything.
