Women who have had mastectomies live long and fulfilled lives. So losing a breast isn't fatal provided it is a surgical removal. If the guy from Texas Chainsaw Massacre comes after someone and hacks their breasts off, they will probably die of blood loss and shock. There are some hefty arteries and veins in that particular part of the body.

If they're removed due to surgical procedures, like getting rid of cancer, that will not cause death. It's the same as cutting off any other parts. As the others say, if the bleeding isn't stopped, of course she'll die, just the same as she would if her feet were cut off without medical intervention.

well if they were AMPUTATED then they wouldnt die.
if they were just chopped off, yes, she would bleed to death haha.
its like choppin off an arm... u bleed... a lot.
