Israel is a democracy in a region that historically has been ruled by dictators and tyrants. The goal to ensure our freedoms and to encourage democracy.With technologies moving so fast in all nations it is but a matter of time before an extremist nation can actually declare war and have the means to achieve global destruction.

1)Bush believes in the end of time theology.Both them and the Jews want to rebuild the Greater Israel on the wreckage of its neighbors ( they call them the gentiles).They both believe that this is necessary for the coming of Jesus.The difference is that The Christean believe it is the second coming while the Jews say it is the first coming.To them the life of the gentile ( the neighbors ) is irrelevant.They should be wiped out .They do not care.
2) Do not forget the power of the Jewish lobby in the elections.

On one of Bush's few trips outside the country before he became President, Ariel Sharon took him on a helicopter tour. Gov. Bush was impressed by how narrow Israel was, how it didn't have much territory, how it was surrounded by Arab states. This is not the only reason, I'm sure, but a significant factor.

they support his political agenda and fund his campaigns. they are his business partners and they have huge influence in america!! it's kinda stupid to ask. they US will never stop supporting israel.
