and mainly enforce the UN resolutions 465, 672 and 673.
funny how Bush quickly jumped to attack sadam for a UN resolution vilolation, but how all US gvt never blinked an eye at the constant violations by Israel of several resolutions.
in fact the US is the only country that vetoed most resolution concerning their protege

1. Announce Jerusalem as a neutral territory, neither Israel nor Arabs will ever rule this area. They are welcome to Jerusalem for religious purposes with duly valid visa. UN nominated advisors will rule Jerusalem.
2. cessation of hostilities in all arab controlled areas and withdrawal of troops from Iraq.
3. Leaders of Arab ruled states and Israel, America, Britain, France will have discussions and settle the disputes of terrorism. A code will be drawn as to define terrorism and terrorist states and state-sponsored terrorism will be discussed in these meetings.
4. Transparency in exchanging action taken on the above every month at a neutral place.
5. Oath to be taken that 'jihad' will not be used in any part of the world, as Jerusalem is no more in the control of either muslim or christian leaders
6. America or its allies will not supply any weapons to any of the arab states in lieu of oil or not. They will purchase oil from the open market.
7. Veto power will no more be in the hands of USA and UK in the UN.
8. India,France, Germany, China, Japan and Australia will have veto power.
9. As war ends, the money for rehabilitation must be given by the perpetuators.
10. Secretary General of UN will be from major super powers for the next 5 years. Developing countries don't require this post based on 1 to 9 above.

I would treat them exactly like I did with my kids when they were little and wouldn't stop fighting. I would pick them up by the back of their tee shirt, swat their little bottoms and sit them in a time out chair with their little noses in the corner until they STOPPED it!

They are ALL acting totally childish, just waiting for someone to say something or do something that pi**es them off so they can go to war. Everybody NEEDS to leave everybody else alone and let them live their lives in peace. They (we ALL) need to stop trying to find things to be incensed about. Stop picking on the differences we all have and start focusing on the similarities.

The Human Race could accomplish SO MUCH MORE if we would combine or intelligence instead of using it AGAINST each other.

First for all states to recognize the sovernity of neighbors. Next to obtain agreements for a cooperation in apprehending felons, so that crimes could not be committed and find refuge in a neighboring state. Perhaps peace will occur when a cooperation between Israel and its neighbors occurs and the killing will stop.
