It is much easier to say what needs done rather than actually do it. Talking is easy. Action takes effort, and can be challenging.

Alot of people like to "give" advice, as it helps them feel needed. If they don't take their own advice....it's because it's easier to see outside of yourself (someone else's situation); than it is to look inside yourself. However, I find that the most valuable advice comes from someone who "practices" what they preach. You have to lead my example. If you can't follow your own advice...then (in my opinion) you don't need to be giving any. Therefore, being selective when seeking advice and knowing the source (person) it's coming from is key! Remember, misery loves company...therefore, the wrong advise can send you down the wrong track.

I don't take advice well because sometimes I don't like whats being said or don't wanna deal with it or its called being stubborn and there are alot of people out there who are the same way. That is a fact!
