Do you hate to take stuff back to the store for a refund, I do?

Outside of tangled hangers! That's my #2 pet peeve. There's always a long line and the clerks act like you have all day to wait.

Family owned stores, yes. Because normally it's not their fault, and they are not going to get the inventory refunded from their supplier. But they'll refund or replace the item in order to keep a happy customer.

Wal-Mart, Target, etc... in a heart beat. Their only mission is to provide minimum wage jobs so they can put the family owned businesses out of business.

Don't like doing the return thing

There's this lady I know though that gets a major thrill out of this thing----has returned so much stuff to so many places that several have actually banned her from shopping with them !!! She is constantly buying stuff---keeping it for two or three days ---then returning it---it is just simply nuts---

Yes, and I hate most of all going to Target to return something with a receipt. They never want to give you money back, they want to give you a gift card.

yeah i find it to be a pain in the butt, having worked retail for so long, i just do not want to go through the hassle of being asked a million and one questions

depends. If it is defective, I don't have any trouble at all. If I made a mistake in buying the wrong size, color etc.... then yeah I feel kinda stupid having to return something

no, i love it. walmart takes back anything as long as you got a recipt. gift cards suck, i want cash!!
