YOU CAN SELL THE DEEDS PRIVATELY TO A FRIEND FOR INSTANCE OR GET AN INDEPENDANT BROKER TO SELL THEM, IF IT'S LOW VALUE THEY WILL CHARGE A FIXED PRICE OF ABOUT £25 FOR THEIR TIME, SEARCH ON ASK.COM OR YAHOO, OR TALK TO A NORMAL FINANCIAL ADVISOR AND THEY WILL PUT YOU ONTO SOMEBODY

You have to go through a brokerage. They are called that because they make you broke.
