Liberal means "Not limited to or by established, traditional, orthodox, or authoritarian attitudes, views, or dogmas." Supposedly people who are liberal politically are more tolerant of others. However, the problem is that liberals seem to only be tolerant of those who agree with them. If someone has a more traditional view of the world, that person is not tolerated and is, at times, verbally persecuted for believing that way. A TRUE liberal would have a live and let live attitude and would let me believe my more traditional beliefs without giving me a hard time.
