If I were to label myself as a black leader, what would you want or expect of me?

I wouldn't expect you to get far, why not just label yourself a leader for society. Recognizing racial bounds in your "label" means your only taking a step back from everything thats been accomplished.

I'd expect you to reign in those in the black community who want to blame everyone else for their problems and not take responsibility for themselves. For example, I've read that in Cincinnati, Ohio the illegitimacy rate is 95%. That is irresponsible. A good black leader should be crying out about those kinds of things. Also, showing how other blacks have been successful by accepting societal expectations of a good citizen.

I think I would expect a black leader to find a solution to deal with the problem of high crime among black men, killing of blacks by blacks.
