Hi...I am a coin dealer in the Midwest. There are several ways to do it...it depends on how fancy you want it to be. Some people just take a plain silver bracelet or bangle and solder the back of the coin to it (after curving the coin slightly to follow the contour of the bangle). My advice would be to go to a jeweler...they do stuff like this all the time and often have pre-made setups where all they have to do is add the coin.

Hope this helped.

There are a lot of ways to make a bracelet with the coin. The question is what kind of a bracelet do you want? If you can not drill a hole you could make a bracelet out of air or oven hardening clay and sink the coin into the clay before it dries or is baked in the oven. You could use wire to wrap the coin and then make a bracelet from the same wire you wrapped the coin in. You could ask someone else to drill the holes for you. You can drill very small holes that would not really ruin the coin. You could use a hammer and an anvil if the coin is big enough and your wrist is small enough to beat it into a bracelet. This will ruin the coin but I have a ring I made like this many, many years ago. There are many many ways to use a coin in a bracelet. Look around on the net and in magazines for inspiration and ideas get creative and whatever you do enjoy yourself. Good luck.........

Go to the store or something like that and you might see these plastic things that you put over small things like keys and stuff. You could get that and it might work
