It depends on how you want to increase them. You can either increase them by getting them fatter or getting them more muscular.

I'm going to assume you mean muscle, since I don't know too many people who want to get a fatter backside. There are lots of things you can do to increase your butt muscle size. Things like squats, lunges, squat-thrusts will all help, and you can add to that by using weights. Also, simply running, walking, or jogging will help tone and increase the muscles on your butt if you do them enough, and swimming can help too.

But there's only so much muscling up in the butt area you can do. If you've got a tiny flat butt now, doing all the exercises in the world will only help to a certain point. After that, it's up to your genes and luck.

That's easy, get a secretarial job and sit on it all day for 3 years, it will definitely widen out, but why would you want that, don't people tell you you're pretty? True beauty comes from within. I'll tell you the secret to this life, love yourself be the best person you can be and people will stand up and take notice. And for those people that don't like you, they're not worth knowing so to hell with them.
