I am on the DNC (do not call) Registry, lately I am receiving sales calls. How do I report offenders?

The answer to your question is very simple. Go to the same web site that you used to sign up for the do not call registry and report the offender. When you report the offender, you want to provide as much information as possible, including, the caller's name, the company, the date and time of the call, the caller's telephone number. How do you get this info? Well, when they call, be polite and leasant and ask them for their name and the company name, Then you might try telling them that you are a little bury, but you'd like to call them back in five minutes. If they won't give you their phone number, you can always tell them that you are on the do not call registry and that you are entitled to their number (which may or may not be true, but if it gets you the number, that's one more bit of information you can provide in your report) also once you tell them you are on the do not call registry, they should not call you back.

On occasion, I've told callers that when they call me, the caller themselves may be subject to a fine and that if they call back, I will pursue the same! I then write down the company and the date/time of the call and leave it at the edge of my desk for a couple of weeks. If they call back, bot do I have them, and yes, I file reports whenever they call!

I don't know on the secon part of the question.
On the first part of the question, First ask the person thier name. Then write it down as well as where they're calling from. Second ask them to completly remove your name and Not to call back and that you are on the DNC list.
In the meantime you will probobly fin out who to report it to and you could also do so even though you'd asked them not to call. The idea is to defend your privacy in your home and who cares if you need to be harsh to do it.
