What's the best subscription site for mp3 downloads?

I'm looking for two types: a free site and a subscription site. On the free site I don't want to have to answer a bunch of surveys or download any additional software! What sites do you think are the best?

limewire is good... ive been on it for 3 years. free also... why would you want to pay?
