Pretty much any exercise is healthy- the only thing my OB advised me to avoid was abdominal-focused work. (Like lots of situps) It puts uneccessary strain on the already-strained abdominal muscles. Also, when you're farther along, I wouldn't recommend a lot of jolting or jarring work. It shakes up the baby and will be quite painful for you anyway.
Stick to low-impact things like swimming, walking, light weights, or yoga. Gentle is good for mommies-to-be. :)

Anything that is not too high impact is usually good -- swimming, treadmill, walking, yoga, pilates, some light stationary biking, things like that. I have also heard that belly dancing is good, especially in later pregnancy as it is supposed to help your body deal better with labor.

Swimming is very good exercise while pregnant. As you grow bigger, being weightless in the water feels great.
Do pelvic rocking to help aleviate pregnancy aches and pains and to encourage baby into a good position.
Yoga is also good while PG.

it all depends on your body and your pregnancy, I have heard that it is ok to continue doing the same exercises you were doing before you became pregant, however if you are a high risk pregnancy it would not be safe to do any. Just talk to your doctor.

if you weren't big on exercising before you got pregant, don't try to adopt a strenuous routine now that you're pregant.
Yoga is low impact, so thats a good choice.
Walking and swimming are great also.

Most exercise that you are doing before should be fine. Stay away from things that your can fall...skating, blading, skiing etc. There is also a pregnancy aerobic workout tape you can get.
