Sounds like something a conceited snob would come up with thinking that somehow her eyes were better than anyone Else's. I have had people telling me my entire life how pretty my eyes are, and my response is always the same "as long as they work, who cares". So keep in mind most people on this site regardless of what they say in their answers could give a rats behind about what your eyes look like.
