What is up with Christina Aguilara and thrying to be Marilyn Monroe?? I mean I am a huge fan of Marilyn becasue she was so unique... Does anyone agree that Christina is a wanna be Marilyn Monroe?? Especially after seeing her newest vidoe, it really go to me.

They're calling Scarlett Johannson the new Marilyn Monroe as well, I just don't see it. Marilyn is better looking than all these copycats, she was effortlessly sexual and stunningly gorgeous and she was a vastly underrated actress. She paid the ultimate price for her success after all the tragedy in her young life. The 44th anniversary of her untimely death is this week. RIP Norma Jean.

I totally agree. Christina has once again reinvented herself and I guess she is flaming guilty about her last persona. Now she wants to be glamarous like women such as Monroe. It just doesn't work. They don't make em like they used to. Women from the 40's and 50's were so incredibly beautiful, I still can't figure out why that is. I don't know if it was the food, air or the products they were using. Their faces were so perfect and they exuded such class and sexiness. Even though Marilyn Monroe had many partners I never think of her as slutty. When I have seen people interviewed about her everyone seems to say " you just wanted to take care of her." Christina A, looks like a little girl trying to play dress-up. Women in the music and hollywood industry need to stop trying to copy these women because they just don't have that speacial something that the True Hollywood Goddesses had.

Oh PAAA LEASE!!! Marilyn Monroe was nothing but a messed up whore! She had no talent and couldn't even keep a man because she was such a tramp. Christina Aguilara is a modern replica of Marilyn monroe. ALso. . . like all of today's so called artists or musicians. . . .she has to copy the past becuase she has no talent and no style of her own. They are both nothing but hoochie mamma whores!

I think that Christina is just experimenting with the style. Mimicry is one of the highest forms of flattery. The wanna be Marilyn in my book is Anna-Nichole Smith.
