here, sitting on my bed, thinking of all the stuff thats running through my head.
The first thing that comes in mind is love...does it make you cry or does it make you laugh?
it is such a weird sensation, if i may call it that, because the real truth is that love isnt a reality or a fact. It is a thought of ownership and satisfaction, it involves all emotions and overall it is the urge of having some kind of affection. It is complicated and makes you loose your mind and temper. But, does it really exist? well, my love was created by a bunch of moments that i will always remember, it was born the day that someone thought of me first before of him, it has grown by all the satisfaction that affection can bring to any human being. It is something that is obviously there, but is there any way that 2 different people can have the same perspective about love? or is it different in every single human being? everybody says its amazing although it brings some pain...is there anyway to have a love that is painless? or is it just supposed to hurt? because if it is then i dont see what is so wonderfull about it.. i mean, in a relationship there will always be argues, but can a person really hurt a loved one? well, if it is supposed to be like that and it is just nature expressing itself, there is something wrong, werent we tought to always want the best for our loved ones? is pain the best for anyone? theres something wrong and it has got to change! if love is supposed to hurt then why love?? i dont like pain and never will, but i say that love was never meant to hurt anyone, it is us, our own kind who have made it hurt because for some reason life without problems doesnt seem like having a life at all....so does did mean that if we didnt have love we never had a life?

You sure have been doing some heavy duty thinking about love!

No one ever said that love wouldn't hurt. In fact, the Bible says the greatest love you can have for someone is shown by laying down your life for them as Christ did for us. I'm sure that hurt Him more that we can comprehend, but He seen the big picture and did it anyway - because He loved and still loves us.

It might be wonderful if when we feel the first blush of male\female love we could freeze that moment and live forever in it. But the reality is that we cannot do that no matter how much our heart wishes it. Love changes because we change. Sometimes it ends and sometimes it grows. It can become a fading memory that is treasured fondly or hurts a little less every time is called forth and examined.

You ask if we didn't have love would we never had life? I think that's true. There are many different kinds of love, but without it, what would motivate human beings to reproduce, create and thrive?

Love itself does not hurt, but it takes some "pain" to grow & mature. Like achieving any personal goal like losing weight, quitting alcohol, obtaining Masters degree... there will be what I call "growing pains" which may feel horrible while you are in it. But in the long run those hurts can make you a better person. It's all how you look at it: Glass half full or half empty.

Well sweets sometimes it can hurt. Love is not an emotion its an action. So love is shown through happiness, and all the other emotions. Good Luck and try to be happy. You'll make it no matter how bad it gets. God will never give you too much to handle.

Well love is a confusing matter since i have a hard time explaining it. well i think love in its purest form should never bring pain. Even when the person dies i have had loved ones die and its not something id call pain but a sort of rude awakening.

Love is wanting someone else to be happy and hopefully they will return the feeling. If it hurts, it's probably hormone changes. Anger at another is because they do not live up to your expectations. No one is perfect. Decide what you need in a man, what you can't deal with at all, and the rest is negotiable.

Love hurts when you lose it. But LOVE itself is greater than any pain it can bring, and that is why people will continue to turn to love.

i don't think love can have just one definition. love comes in many shapes and forms (not literally) to some it is interpreted as pain, joy, confusion and many other feelings. it all depends on the person and situation.
