you;ve got to go to local venues to do that,start small. college radio is a good idea too! Real Punk isn't "promoted" like this it's underground and just is. When it has a following and becomes popular, it's no longer Punk! Authentic Punk started 30 years ago and died when it became posh and mainstream, cause that's precisely what stops it from being punk. It's posh and no longer renegade or anarchy.

Find a more popular band to promote them on their myspace, their sites, stuff like that.

Girls and Hardcore? Don't bother, put on pink dresses and act like real girlies instead. It'll be less of a laugh. Minnie Mouse looks more hardcore punk.

i dont know of a place you can promote your band, i've seen people create yahoo 360 pages to promote bands, mabye you could try that. I like your music.

pure volume and submit some of the songs to a local college radio and you can always put up a podcast on itunes.
