Its really up to you and how you feel. If you feel the timing is right go ahead in get married. You guys already live together so you have a taste of what marriaige would be like. But I suggest to speak to others who are married just to get some insight of what marriage would be like.

You need to look up the common law marriage laws in your state... you may already be married! But I would say on average a person dates someone a year before getting engaged and married. I went 6, but only because we were high school sweethearts and I promised my parents I would graduate college before getting married.

I started going out with my now-husband when I was almost 21. We were together eleven months when he proposed, and the engagement lasted a year and three months. We are now happily married. I think a longer engagement period is better because (1) it really does take that long to plan a wedding! and (2) it gives you time to be really, really sure that you're making the right decision.

hmm, in my personal life (i'm a 25 year old male) i would want to date someone at least one year before getting married. i wouldn't move in with someone until i've dated them for at least six months or even longer. after i've lived with them i would want to give it some time as well to see how things go. i wouldn't rush it. if you're in love then it will happen. don't start to worry about it until maybe 18 months after you've met him?
