You could try a zoo, or Siegfred & Roy's Secret Garden, but did you realize that Tigers are a protected species? If you did manage to kill one and skin it you'll looking at a very, very long time in jail. But go ahead and try, I'm pretty sure the Tiger will eat you first anyway.

In most countries, you're not allowed to shoot a tiger and take it's skin to sell. That's called 'poaching' and it's illegal. Tigers are protected because there aren't many of them left and you might get into alot of trouble if you kill one.
