u haul

U-haul has a dolly you can rent. The drive wheels are on the dolly and do not rack up miles. The dolly should only be used for a front wheel drive car.

If you have a rear wheel drive then you will need a trailer to put the whole car on.

Keep in mind that the TOWING car needs to heavier than the TOWED car. Also the TOWING car will need to have a lot of power and your speed will be held down to around 50-55 mph.

I have towed a few cars and it really is not fun. The weight of the car behind kinda pushes the front car around. Makes it feel like you don't have much control. It makes the ride feel jerky.

So, If you have a BIG truck to pull with then it will be OK, but if you are trying to pull a car with a car the same size it will be a hassle.

KEEP IN MIND , THE TOWING VEHICLE WILL HAVE TO HAVE A TRAILER HITCH ON IT. They can be expensive

U-Haul has them, but your best option if you dont want any wear on your car is a trailer

Look up TOW BARS. You can find them at most RV dealers and auto parts stores that carry trailer hitches.
