Well they are correct. It is considered politically incorrect to use the word "******" however I feel they are also incorrect to use the word "****" I too am Mexican American. And have been called that name. Be the bigger better person and disregard it. They are ignorant and if you call them those nasty names to get back at them then you're just as ignorant. Many people only remember that the African Americans were used as slaves but they forget that the Spaniards used the Indians in Mexico as slaves and raped there women,,,,this didn't only happen in Mexico but also in Puerto Rico, Cuba, Santo Domingo, Haiti, and many other places. Maybe they need to read up and become more educated and maybe then will they become civilized.

The blacks that call you those things are racist, sure. Don't lower yourself to their level though. It's true they mostly don't know anything about their slave ancestors, and the thing is, they act like whites owe them because their ancestors were slaves. It's funny the black Africans owned other blacks as slaves and sold them to America, I think they lucked out really! otherwise they wouldn't be living in the best country in the world, or they could just go back to Africa as if it never happened.

You've heard the old saying "two wrongs do not make a right" and Niger is a country in Africa by the way.

You aren't supposed to say the word because they take offense to it like you take offense to names like wet back, beaner, spick, gre*ser, and what ever else you may be called. It is a courtesy. Why they in turn call each other ****er is beyond me. But you can do as you please. Just expect evryone to think of you as an idiot who can't come up with a better way of characterizing the person you are talking about.

You can call someone whatever you want, just be prepared for the consequences of your actions. and you should be prepared to offer the same to anyone disrepectful to you!

Ancestral history does not relieve one of their obligation of common courtesy!

BTW I believe you are lying, reading the questions you post I note they are racist and homophobic typical bigot behavior, that being said I encourage you to walk down the streets and say "Niger" to your hearts content and try to schedule it between police shifts.

Learn to at least spell it first. You can say Niger all you want. It is just a country in Africa.

do unto others as you would have them do to you.
if you don't like being called a spick what makes you think a black person wants to be called the "n" word?
you are blessed to have knowledge of your ancestors not everyone is as fortunate. treat people the same way you want to be treated.

I agree that its just not fair and reasonable, its just that the N word has all the bad publicity.

No one should be called any abusive name, a name that is meant to make you feel inferior that is.

To wrongs don't make a right. I think it was wrong for people to call you those names, but that doesn't justify calling African American names either.
